         or any of its affiliated companies. We are simply a valued added retail shopping service bringing you
         up to the minute merchandise released at Walt Disney World. Please see Disclaimer.

Q: Where do you get all these items from?

    A: Directly from Walt Disney World theme parks, resort hotels, Downtown Disney and various locations
         throughout the Walt Disney World Resort here in Florida. All of our items are authentic Disney merchandise
         and not licensed or third party related products.

Q: How can we purchase an item we have seen on your site?

A: Simply visit the "Place Order" page of our site. A link to this page can be found at the top of every page.

Q: What if I don't see what I am looking for on your site?

    A: Due to the diverse variety of items available at Walt Disney World it is impossible for us to showcase all the items
         available at Disney. However, we do offer a Personal Shopper program which can assist you in locating
         the perfect gift. Let us know what your looking for and well put our team of experts to work for you!

Q: What if I have a concern or unsatisfied with my purchase?

    A: Allthingsdisneyonline.com wants you to enjoy your online shopping experience with maximum satisfaction.
         Your online enjoyment is our greatest priority. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your
         purchase or have a complaint about your online experience please contact one of our customer service
         agents who will be more than happy to address your concern. We are very committed to our 100% guest
         satisfaction policy and will do everything in our power to make sure you enjoy shopping with us.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

    A: Yes. Apart from shipping to any destination in the United States. We are pleased to offer Worldwide
         shipping services via United States Postal Service and Federal Express. For orders in the U.S we ship via
         United States Postal Service and/or U.P.S. Please note international sales are final. No refunds or returns
         are accepted on international orders due to high shipping costs and increase chances of travel damages.

Q: Why are your prices higher than on the tag or from what we saw at WDW?

    A: Please note we are not part of Walt Disney World nor Disney. As such, we are simply an added value
         shopping service bringing the magic of Disney to your home. We buy the items at Walt Disney World
         at the current retail price with no Cast Member or special discounts. The price reflected on our site
         includes the cost of the merchandise, expenses, time and travel and a small shopping fee. In addition, we
         are required to pay the local 7% FL sales tax to Disney as we are purchasing the items locally. Prices
         reflected on our site are all inclusive of these charges.

Q: If I purchase an item on your site, can I return it at a local Disney Store or Disney Outlet?

    A: No. Since we are NOT affiliated with Disney they will not accept returns from our site. Disney requires all
         returns to be accompanied by an original WDW receipt in order to issue credit. However, if you are
         unhappy with a purchase you have made, we will gladly accept the item in return and process the applicable
         refund (less shipping & handling) to the appropriate WDW location or store and credit your account.
