    that special magical item your looking for. Here's how it works:

1 > send an email to our personal shoppers at : personalshopper@allthingsdisneyonline.com

    2 > describe in your email the item you are looking for to the best of your knowledge. Please include as many
          details such as Color, Size, Disney Character, Theme Park, Category, Year, Edition Size etc etc. The more
          information you provide the easier it will be to assist you.

3 > Price range (if applicable)

    Upon receipt of your request our team of experts will get right to work in trying to locate your item. You should
    receive a response within 48-72 hours from your request. Keep in mind that The Walt Disney Resort is a very
    large and extensive property, some requests might take a bit longer to service.

If you are pleased with our findings you may proceed to place an order and complete your purchase.
